Ages 7 and older

Beginner Classes   

Monday: 5:15 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday & Thursday: 5:30 p.m. – 6:15 p.m. 

These classes are for beginners and lower-ranking students aged 7 and older. They introduce basic karate techniques for students new to martial art training. Classes include the WTSDA’s traditional martial arts curriculum, self-defense, character development, and life skills training. Our goal is to help students learn patience, concentration, respect, humility, discipline, and self-control. We enhance the lives of our students through personal development and achievement.

Intermediate Classes  

Tuesday & Thursday, 6:15 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

These classes are for students from age 7 and older who hold intermediate ranks. They are based on the WTSDA martial arts curriculum and focus on a wide range of subjects. They continue to learn Korean terminology, the History of Tang Soo Do, and character development. Students holding these ranks are improving their basic skills and learning:

Intermediate Forms & Technique
Proper Falling and Rolling
Sparring skills
Free Sparring
Self-Defense techniques and application

Advanced Classes

Tuesday & Thursday 7:00p.m. – 7:45 p.m.

These classes are for students from age 7 and older who hold advanced ranks. They are based on the WTSDA martial arts curriculum. They are expected to have a firm command of all basic techniques and continue to improve their understanding of intermediate techniques. The class reviews all the beginner and intermediate rank material but focuses on:

Advanced Forms & Techniques
Advanced Rolls & Falls
Free Sparring
Self Defense
Practical application of techniques
Bo staff training
