Tiny Tiger Classes
Tuesday & Thursday 5 pm to 5:30 pm
These 30-minute classes cater to the abilities and attention spans of children aged five to seven. Our goal is to introduce young children to the positive benefits of martial arts and focus on their fitness needs. This specially created program offers a variety of activities that provide an introduction to karate basics, promote overall physical fitness, and help teach respect through:
- Karate Themed Games
- Tiger Flag Sparring
- Basic karate techniques
- Self-Defense
- Agility, balance, cardiovascular conditioning, and muscular fitness
